Thinking about hosting a fundraiser? RT Creations makes it easy with flexible options for schools, teams, clubs, small businesses, and community organizations. We handle the custom designs, setup, production, and support so your group can focus on sharing the fundraiser.

How Fundraising Works

We offer three fundraising options to fit your group’s needs: in-person events, online remote fundraisers, and bulk orders at a discounted rate.

In-Person Events

We create exclusive designs for your event, help prepare the products, and make the process simple for your organization to sell in person.

Online Remote Fundraisers

We set up an online order page, collect orders, produce the products, and help manage the process from start to finish.

Bulk Orders at a Discount

Instead of us selling directly, we make the products ahead of time and sell them to your group at a discounted rate. You can then sell them at regular price and keep the difference.

Online and In-Person Options

Our process is turnkey. RT Creations handles the custom designs, website setup, and product production. All you have to do is share your unique link or show up and sell in person.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship all orders exclusively through USPS. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the USPS system.

USPS is solely responsible for packages while they are in transit. We are not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss caused by USPS once the order has left our facility. We are also not liable for any delays due to weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by USPS, it becomes the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. If the customer does not pay the additional shipping charges within 30 days, the order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

Please read carefully before placing your order.

All custom and personalized orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. Additionally, some tumblers may have slight white ghosting around the edges. This is a natural result of the sublimation process and is not considered a defect or a valid reason for return.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After this window, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at storereturns@rjttravels.com with:

If eligible, we will issue a replacement and file an insurance claim with USPS. Damaged items are not eligible for refund or return, only replacement. Replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days after all required documentation is received.

RT Creations Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases, custom orders, fundraising programs, online shops, event sales, bulk orders, design services, production services, and related transactions provided by RT Creations, owned and operated by 216 Ventures LLC.

By placing an order, submitting a custom request, participating in a fundraiser, purchasing through an RT Creations-managed shop, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Role of RT Creations

RT Creations provides custom product design, manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, fundraising support, online shop setup, and related services. For fundraising programs, RT Creations acts as an independent third-party manufacturing and fulfillment provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom Orders

Custom items are made specifically for each customer, group, organization, or event. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including spelling, names, colors, quantities, dates, logos, and design requests before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible and additional fees may apply.

Fundraising Programs

RT Creations may offer fundraising support through online remote fundraisers, in-person fundraising events, or bulk orders at a discounted rate. RT Creations does not guarantee fundraising totals, participation levels, sales volume, profit amounts, or donation outcomes.

Bulk Delivery and Direct Shipping

When orders are delivered in bulk to an organization or representative, RT Creations' delivery obligation is fulfilled once the order is transferred to that representative. After transfer, the organization is responsible for sorting, storing, and distributing items. When RT Creations ships directly to an individual customer, the customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and carrier delivery terms apply.

Final Sale, Refunds, and Replacements

Because most RT Creations products are custom-made, personalized, printed, engraved, produced on demand, or created for a specific fundraiser or event, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements may be considered only for verified manufacturing defects reported within a reasonable time after receipt.

Product Variations

Custom products may vary slightly from digital previews, mockups, samples, or photographs. Colors may appear different due to screen settings, lighting, material differences, sublimation processes, UV printing, engraving, 3D printing, filament batches, or handmade production methods. These normal variations are not considered defects.

Artwork, Logos, and Intellectual Property

Customers and organizations are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, names, trademarks, artwork, images, phrases, or other materials submitted to RT Creations. Original artwork, layouts, mockups, renderings, 3D models, engraving files, print files, composite designs, templates, and custom design work created by RT Creations remain the property of RT Creations and/or 216 Ventures LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Processing and Chargebacks

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Square, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, or similar services. RT Creations does not store full credit card information. Failed payments, disputes, or chargebacks may pause production, delay orders, adjust fundraising totals, or result in recovery of fees and unpaid balances where permitted by law.

Production Timelines

Production timelines, delivery dates, fundraiser close dates, and shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delays may occur due to supply availability, equipment issues, high order volume, approval delays, weather, carrier delays, labor shortages, or circumstances outside our control.

Product Use and Safety

Products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for children under three years of age unless expressly labeled. Products are not toys unless specifically identified as such. Customers are responsible for safe use, proper care, and appropriate handling.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RT Creations disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RT Creations and 216 Ventures LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Customers, partners, and fundraising organizations agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RT Creations and 216 Ventures LLC from claims arising out of unauthorized logo or trademark use, submitted content, fundraising disputes, distribution issues, customer communications, tax matters, resale activities, or misuse of products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Updates to These Terms

RT Creations reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of our website, services, fundraising pages, or order forms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
